The Shop

A garage that turned into a real shop

Motorcycle Medic began in 2010 when Jason took his Harley-Davidson training out of the dealership and started taking in work at home. A few odd jobs became steady work, steady work became a building on Hwy 30. Justin joined in 2019. It is still just the two of them on the tools, and that is the point.

How it runs

Your bike gets one tech, start to finish

At a dealership your bike moves down a line. Here, one person takes it in, diagnoses it, does the work, and hands it back. Nothing gets lost in a handoff. If something turns up mid-job, you get a call before the wrench turns, not a surprise on the invoice.

Jason's background is dealership-trained Harley-Davidson and Buell work, with continuing master-level education. Justin came from seven years at Defiance Harley-Davidson. Between them, most problems have been seen before.

Around the shop

What comes through the doors

Baggers in for service, vintage iron mid-restoration, customer projects, and the parts and tools that pass through on their way to eBay.
